Recommendations for the 18th week of pregnancy

When you reach the 18th week of pregnancy, some women have unpleasant discomfort. Some tips to better manage pregnancy may be:

  • Eat less food.
  • Chew food correctly.
  • Follow a balanced diet, avoiding fatty and spicy foods.

In addition, throughout the pregnancy, avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
