When you reach the 18th week of pregnancy, some women have unpleasant discomfort. Some tips to better manage pregnancy may be:
- Eat less food.
- Chew food correctly.
- Follow a balanced diet, avoiding fatty and spicy foods.
In addition, throughout the pregnancy, avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
