Embryos are classified according to their morphological and kinetic characteristics. Therefore, throughout the embryo culture, the laboratory staff is in charge of analyzing the following embryonic parameters to classify the embryos:
- Number of cells.
- Percentage of fragmentation.
- Symmetry.
- Number of nuclei.
- Presence of vacuoles.
- Pellucid zone.
