Sometimes, if anovulation is not the result of a serious health problem, it is possible to treat it naturally. Following a healthy diet, exercising regularly or taking a vitamin supplement can help to improve ovulatory function in women.
On the other hand, if there is any hormonal alteration, such as thyroid alterations or other pathologies, other therapeutic options will be necessary. Sometimes ovulation inducers such as clomiphene citrate are used. Other times surgery is used.
