When a woman presents amenorrhea, irregular menstrual periods, imbalances in basal temperature, etc. and does not know if she ovulates, there are different strategies that can be carried out:
- Use ovulation tests that are based on measuring the LH hormone.
- Measure the level of progesterone in the blood.
- Perform a pelvic examination and transvaginal ultrasound.
