Description

Arizona Center for Fertility Studies is a fertility center with locations in Scottsdale and Glendale, Arizona.

The center consists of a multidisciplinary staff of fertility specialists, embryologists, IVF program coordinators, medical and surgical assistants, and incorporates its own IVF laboratory in which patients can carry out all fertility treatments without the need to travel.

Furthermore, ACFS Fertility provides financial consultation regarding its various fertility financing programs and insurance options.

Treatments and costs

Below, you'll find a table with all fertility treatments offered by Arizona Center for Fertility Studies.

Arizona Center for Fertility Studies also provides the possibility of surrogacy and sex selection since the legislation allows those treatments.

On its website, ACFS Fertility details the tests and techniques that are included in the price of the treatments we have indicated above.

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), for example, is priced at $800 and includes cycle monitoring and pregnancy ultrasounds, blood tests, sperm preparation, and the IUI procedure itself. A standard IVF cycle with fresh embryo transfer is charged with $6,500 and includes injection teaching, cycle monitoring, and pregnancy ultrasounds, egg retrieval, blastocyst culture, and embryo transfer.

On the other hand, fertility preservation using egg freezing has a cost of $4,500. This price includes an IVF coordination visit with injection teaching, cycle monitoring ultrasounds, blood tests, egg retrieval, and freezing and their storage for up to one year.

The Arizona Center for Fertility Studies also incorporates Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) in their services which is charged with $3,500. This price includes cycle monitoring and pregnancy ultrasounds, IVF laboratory services, and the subsequent embryo transfer with EmbryoGlue. However, in all those treatments indicated, the costs for anesthesia, outside laboratory testing and fertility medications are not included and have to be paid extra.

Complementary techniques

In addition to all the treatments indicated in the previous section, Arizona Center for Fertility Studies has the necessary technology to perform the following complementary techniques to increase the possibilities of success of the treatments:

Diagnostic treatments

At Arizona Center for Fertility Studies, it is also possible to perform the following diagnostic tests on men and women to find out the reason for infertility and establish the most appropriate treatment:

• Sonohysterogram.

Ashley, for example, describes Dr. Lipskind as the kindest and caring person who always takes the time to answer all of his patient's questions. The patient also likes the nurses and staff of the clinic. Dominique agrees with the statement of Ashley. The doctor tranquilized her and helped investigate her fertility problem. The patient also describes the clinic atmosphere as soft and warm and would recommend this practice to anyone.

Also, Vivian made very positive experiences with the Arizona Center for Fertility Studies. Her doctor was willing to give her a tubal reversal instead of forcing her to a more expensive IVF. After the reversal, she was already successful at the first IUI cycle. Crissy made a similar experience. While it took her 5 failed IUI cycles at a different facility, she was finally able to conceive at the first attempt thanks to Dr. Lipskind.

However, there is also one negative comment from Sarah. She was a surrogate at the center and she experienced several miscommunications between the doctors and the support teams. As a result, she was overdosed on two medications and therefore, the embryo transfer wasn't successful. The team does not want to hand over her records to her, either.

Location: how to get to the clinic?

The Arizona Center for Fertility Studies is located in 8997 East Desert Cove Ave. Scottsdale, Arizona 85260.

The nearest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and only a 20-minutes drive from the clinic via AZ-101.

Alternatively, there are bus routes from the airport to the center. However, with approximately 1h 40 minutes, this route would take much longer and several changes would have to be made.
