What is Aspermia?

Aspermia is the total absence of semen secretion in men and is therefore related to infertility. The man is not able to expel any fluid in his ejaculation.

This alteration related to the volume of semen may be due to retrograde ejaculation or obstruction of the ejaculatory duct in the most cases.
