For example, One out-of-pocket IVF cycle is $6,800. In case ICSI is required during IVF, the costs increase by $800. Donor Egg IVF, on the other hand, is charged $14,000 and a frozen embryo transfer costs $2,800.

However, anesthesia and additional techniques such as ICSI, Assisted Hatching, Embryo Freezing, Embryo Genetic Testing, and Delayed Embryo transfer are not included in any of the fertility treatments and must be paid extra.
