Weight and eating habits are very important factors in getting pregnant. Women and men with a Body Mass Index (BMI) both above and below normal may suffer from infertility.
BMI values established as healthy are between 18 and 25.
For this reason, especially in the case of women who are going to get pregnant, it is advisable to acquire an appropriate weight before trying to conceive.
