If arriving by car you will find the center on Creve Couer, close to the intersection of route 340 and Interstate 270. There is a parking lot available outside the building.

CRMRS is in the metropolitan area and is close to several train stations, including Central Midland Railway 4 miles away and Richmond heights or Clayton stations, both about 10 miles away.
