Complete Fertility is a private centre in the U.K. with clinics located in Southhampton, Bournemouth and Portsmouth.
The centre was founded by Professor and medical director Ying Cheong and certified senior embryologist Julia Paget. Based at the Princess Anne Hospital in Southampton, the clinic collaborates with the University of Southhampton.
Complete Fertility onsists of a multidisciplinary team of fertility specialists, nurses, laboratory staff, administration and donor staff.

The staff is described as being caring, dedicated and professional and informs its patients about every step made during the treatments. Helen got pregnant at the first attempt and would recommend the clinic. Tim and his partner were also was impressed with their experience. Although some of their appointments were rescheduled, the staff were always apologetic and professional.
However, there is also criticism. Dave and his wife complained about postponing their fertility treatment. He described the receptionist as unprofessional and both he and his wife were upset about the clinic's organisation.
