Oligoasthenozoospermia is the combination of two seminal disorders. On the one hand, oligospermia consists of a low concentration of sperm; while asthenozoospermia refers to poor sperm mobility.
Therefore, men with problems in the concentration and mobility of their sperm will have to resort to in vitro fertilization (IVF) with sperm microinjection (ICSI) to achieve pregnancy.
