IVF with double gamete donation is an assisted reproduction treatment with very high success rates. The probability of pregnancy by fresh embryo transfer is 53.2%, while the rate of delivery by fresh embryo transfer is 40.2%.
On the other hand, if frozen embryos are used, the rates decrease to 44.5% and 32.2%, respectively.
