Early stimulation exercises and activities should be a fun time for both baby and parents. These activities should not last more than 10 minutes and it is not advisable to force the baby if he/she does not want to do them.
The best thing to do is to try to find the most appropriate time to do them without influencing the baby's feeding or sleeping schedule.
One idea is to place a toy at a prudent distance from the baby so that he/she can try to reach it and pick it up. Another exercise would be to play peek-a-boo with the baby by putting your hands on the baby's face and pulling them away. In addition, you can place the baby in front of a mirror so that he can observe his reflection.
You can also move a rattle, let the baby smell different scents, sing a song, etc.
