The first step for the vitrification of the eggs is to make an ovarian stimulation to the woman, in order to develop several follicles in the ovaries.
Once these follicles have reached the appropriate size, a follicular puncture is performed in the operating room to extract the eggs.
Finally, once the eggs are in the laboratory, they are decumulated to eliminate the granulosa cells that surround them.
