The epididymis is located above the testicles, and communicates these with the vas deferens. When this structure becomes inflamed, the man suffers some symptoms and sometimes they are quite painful. The following is a list of the discomforts associated with epididymitis:
- Swelling of the testicles, usually unilaterally.
- Pain and increased urination.
- Presence of blood in the urine.
- Penis secretion.
When a man shows any of these symptoms, it is recommended to immediately visit a specialist. He will be in charge of establishing the medical guidelines and treatment to be followed.
