The tests for anti-mullerian hormone in women are generally carried out in conjunction with other tests for hormones such as FSH, estradiol, LH and indeed a pelvic ultrasound to have a look at the structures of the reproductive system. These tests generally cost together between $150 to $500, does depend on which clinic you use. However, if you are just going for the AMH test you can expect to pay between about $80 and $150 depending on your clinic.
