Gluten intolerance or celiac disease is a fairly common intestinal pathology in the population. However, many people are not aware that they suffer from it.
The consequence of celiac disease is that damage to the villi of the intestine occurs after eating foods containing gluten. This leads to nutritional malabsorption, resulting in bone loss, anemia, diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc.
