The last recommended ultrasound scan in pregnancy takes place in the third trimester, around the 32-34th week of gestation. This ultrasound test will provide information about the position of the baby, as well as the placenta and the umbilical cord.
In addition, the third trimester ultrasound will also allow you to measure the amount of amniotic fluid and even observe if there are morphological abnormalities that have appeared subsequently.
