6 days past day 5 transfer symptoms

Hi, I am 40 years old and my husband is 43. My first IVF attempt in Saint Mary’s hospital UK. I did long down regulated protocol. I had 8 eggs but only four fertilised. On day three the embryologist gave me a call saying that they will perform a day 3 transfer of two embryos, 8 cells and 6 cells. Today is day 6 after transfer, have sore boobs, sometimes feel cold and last night I was sweating. I have severe cramping from time to time and today felt sharp twinge in my lower abdomen right side but had no implantation spotting till now. Are these symptoms of successful pregnancy or just side effects of cyclogest progesterone? 2 weeks period is killing me. Please who had these symptoms and got pregnant? And who got pregnant with 6 and 8 cells embryos? thanks
