Cramps and light pink blood after embryo transfer day 8

Hi, need you advise. I had a 5 day blastocyst on 20/11/17. I’m now on day 8 and today woke up with period pains. I am normally doubled over in pain on first day of cycle. The pain has now gone but now started light bleeding. I’m so confused as it’s not my normal period symptoms but light pink blood. My testing day is on the 1/12/17 (my birthday), should I keep positive or had it failed? Driving myself insane over thinking everything please help x
