Can you have a heavy period and still be pregnant?

My fist day of period was last june 6 2018. We had unprotected sex last june 15 and 25. Supposedly my period start last July 3. But unfortunately, i missed 3 days. Been experiencing, nausea, acidic, tender breast. But on my 4th day, period comes. Heavy bright red like my normal period. But on the 2nd day of my period its like its not heavy anymore. Is it possible that i can still be pregnant?

Implantation bleeding is rarely bright red and heavy. It’s color typically ranges from brown to pinkish and it’s usually a mild spotting, not even bleeding. In some cases it can come in the form of a mild bleeding, though. In any case, given that you have unprotected sex twice this month, my advice is that you take a pregnancy test to clear any doubt.
