Experience with Spring Fertility

I'm doing some research of fertility centers around San Francisco Area and I'm currently looking into Spring Fertility. Before scheduling a visit, I'd love to hear some personal stories. My husband and I have been struggling for more than one year and my OB/GYN recommended see a fertility specialist. Also information on how to find the right fertility treatment options would be useful since I don't know if I need IUI or IVF or whatnot. It's all quite complex and confusing. Thank you so much.
