Howdy! my husband and I are going to start the surrogacy process in Russia, specifically in Moscow. The problem is, a few years ago I had cancer and had to treat myself with chemotherapy, so apart from being unable to get pregnant due to a hysterectomy, I have no choice but to use donor eggs now. I've been told there are very good donors, but I'm afraid all of them are going to be blonde, blue-eyed women because most Russian women have that typical physical features... My physical appearance is more like the opposite thing, in fact I've got curly brown hair, and my eyes are brown, too. I know physical appearance is not the most important thing in the world, but I'd like my son or daughter to take after me and my husband if possible. My conclusion to this is that I would feel way better if I could choose the donor myself. Is it possible in this country? It would be ideal for us! Thanks
