I’m not getting pregnant and am so frustrated!

Hello lovelies I've been trying for so long to conceive. It's been four years now. At first we tried naturally with timed intercourse, vitamins, acupuncture, then we did a fertility testing but they couldn't detect any anomalies and we had serveral IVF cycles.. It's now the 8th cycle and I'm so fed up! I don't know if I should keep on going. Sorry, I just needed to vent!
