What is the link between breast cancer and fertility treatments?

Hello dear, i’m currently halfway through my IVF cycle using my own eggs and husband’s sperm. Been taking a lot of fertility drugs, and though I’ve been informed about the risks, after doing some research on the internet i read that it can increase the likelihood of developing breast cancer in women. I’m 36 and everything is going fine, so our chances are that we end up being parents soon! I would not like to give my son or daughter a life without their mother, or seeing their mother suffer, you know… Can u help us?

Fertility treatments based on fertility drugs have been suspected to increase the risk of breast cancer due to an increase in the amount of sex hormones estrogen and progesterone. However, although many studies have been conducted to address this issue, the results are still contradictory, and no clear association can be made yet.
