Negative Results after 6 Weeks of embrayo transfer

Hi we need help , we have recently had our ivf done and it’s been 6 weeks already , but the blood test still comes out negative .
The scan report also shows there is no viable fetus or embrayo.

But the problem is my wife says she feel pregnant , she feel all the symptoms of pregnancy, she said she feel the heartbeat. But scan is not detecting anything. Or test .. please advice on what too do . Our gynaecologist is busy and away not able too interprets the results for us well .
