Hi I’m 23 I have two children and for over a year I have had paid on my left near my ovary I went to an ultra sound today and a vaginal ultrasound as well and when the lady was all done she left the page open and I seen right ovary in volume 4.57 left ovary in volume 2.09 what does that mean, and it it bad my left is smaller than my right ovary. I can’t have intercourse or use anything vaginally while menstruating or it hurts a lot…. my obgyn. Isn’t available for 3 months and I just Need to know if there is a possible problem with that, so I can brace myself knowing something , anything is better than nothing for 3 months
