What is the best way to get pregnant after tubal ligation?

hi ladies, i got my tubal ligation operation some years back and i think i had not cleared with this business. at the moment, i really want to conceive after around 6 years. the problem is i do not know how to go about this whole scenario. i hear there are clinics where i can get induced to produce eggs. or should i just opt for the surrogacy solution which one of my friends clinic has given as an option. please help.
