When can I test with a home pregnancy test?

I did a 6 day blastocyst transfer this past Wednesday. On the 19th.
Does Wednesday count as Day 1, if I had the procedure done in the morning?

  2. Hello jack1221,

I’ve already replied to your previous thread. You can read my response here: Insomnia after FET.

Firstly, sorry for my delayed response. Let me answer your question by explaining when the 2ww starts: the countdown should start after egg retrieval. Otherwise, estimations would be always the same, regardless of the day of embryo development when the transfer is done. If you had a 6-day embryo transferred on the 19th of April, 8 more days should be added and you will be able to test for pregnancy. This means, you can take the test as early as tomorrow (the 26th of April) and be able to get an accurate result.
