Nowadays, using frozen donor eggs does not reduce the chances of pregnancy to a great extent thanks to the recent egg vitrification technique, which allows reaching almost the same success rates as in fresh egg donor cycles.
Also, it erases the need for synchronization between the menstrual cycles of the egg donor and the recipient, thereby making the overall price of the treatment more affordable.
