Nowadays, there are novel programs that use technology based on biometric distances to assign the egg donor with the closest facial resemblance to the recipient woman.
These systems use photographs, from which they compare certain biometric points and their distances, to establish a degree of resemblance between the donor and the recipient. However, not all clinics currently offer this type of matching.
