Hypospadias is an alteration in the location of the urethral opening that some men have had since birth. This alteration, if not properly treated, will cause discomfort during erection. It will also make it difficult to maintain urine flow and cause problems with sexual intercourse.
For this reason, men with hypospadias will have difficulty having children naturally.
