Hypospermia or decreased seminal volume is usually accompanied by oligozoospermia. This means that as there is less ejaculate, the sperm concentration will be lower.
However, it may happen that the sperm concentration is within the normal range despite having a lower volume. If these sperm move correctly and have no alterations in their morphology, natural pregnancy would be possible.
