Although IMSI or super ICSI offers numerous benefits due to the detailed visualization of the sperm, it also has some disadvantages.
The duration of the IMSI procedure is long and can reach up to 5 hours. In addition, this technique is expensive and is therefore not available in the laboratories of all fertility clinics.
