Semen quality in men has been declining in recent years in terms of the main parameters measured in the seminogram: sperm concentration, motility and morphology.
Among the possible causes that can contribute to the affectation of semen quality are the current lifestyle, toxic habits such as alcohol and tobacco and exposure to environmental pollutants (in the adult period and even in the fetal period).
