Women who have an infantile uterus do not present any symptoms that could indicate that they suffer from this uterine alteration. Sometimes it is diagnosed at puberty, due to the absence of menstruation and delayed menarche.
However, in other cases, women do not discover that they have uterine hypoplasia until they have problems conceiving.
