Sometimes, additional techniques aside from IVF/ICSI are required in order to increase the chances of pregnancy.
For example, we can improve the quality of the sperm selected using a technique called MACS (Annexin V Columns) or IMSI.
Also, PGD (Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis) helps increase the success rates by allows us to select only healthy embryos (without genetic diseases).
