Kegel exercises are well known and have become very popular because of the many benefits they have for women, but also for men. Among them are:
- Improving and preventing urinary or faecal incontinence.
- Avoiding prolapse or reducing its symptoms.
- Facilitating childbirth.
- Strengthening the pelvic floor in the postpartum period.
- Greater sexual health and pleasure.
In principle, after a few weeks of doing Kegel exercises you may begin to notice the benefits.
