Obstructions of the seminal ducts are a post-testicular problem of male infertility. Spermatogenesis does take place in the male testicles, but the sperm are not able to go outside with ejaculation once formed.
Depending on the cause of the obstruction, the infertility caused will be more or less serious, and the treatment needed to repair it may also vary.
