When a woman is nine months pregnant, the only thing left for the fetus to do is gaining more and more weight and increasing in size, since his or her organs are fully formed. If he or she was born now, it would be considered a mild prematurity, and would need to stay just a few days in the incubator. It would not have any long-term side effect on health, though.
