There are several alternatives as a possible treatment for oligoasthenoteratozoospermia, depending on what is causing it. If there is an evident alteration such as varicocele, surgery will be evaluated to try to correct it and improve seminal quality.
On the other hand, medications are indicated if the cause is an infection or hormonal alterations.
Finally, if the cause of oligoasthenoteratozoospermia is unknown, the male may resort to assisted reproduction to try to achieve pregnancy with his partner. However, he may first decide to try some natural treatment to try to improve his fertility.
