When a woman is diagnosed with oligohydramnios, depending on how far along her pregnancy is, she will have to follow the following recommendations:
- Carry out a more exhaustive ultrasound control during pregnancy
- Drink plenty of water
- Give relative to absolute rest as directed by the doctor
If the pregnancy is already far enough along, the doctor may decide to induce labor.
