When menstrual pain is not very intense, it is possible that the woman can relieve them with some natural or home remedies. Among them, we can mention the following:
- Rest.
- Apply heat to the abdominal area.
- Take a hot shower or bath.
- Exercise regularly.
- Avoid stress.
However, if these remedies do not succeed in calming menstrual pain, it is advisable to consult with a specialist to find out which anti-inflammatory can be taken. In addition, in the event that anti-inflammatory drugs fail to relieve the pain, the woman should see her gynecologist, so that he can investigate the possible causes of dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain.
