Endometritis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the endometrium, the layer that surrounds the uterus. As this uterine area becomes inflamed, a woman may experience swelling in the abdomen, pain in the uterus and vaginal bleeding.
In addition, many women describe also suffering from constipation when they have been diagnosed with endometritis.
