Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) characterizes for the following symptoms:
- Anovulation and/or menstrual irregularities
- Biochemical and/or clinical hyperandrogenism
- Polycystic ovaries
- Obesity
These symptoms can appear in a varied way, since PCOS is an heterogeneous disorder.
