In pregnancy, a woman's reproductive system undergoes important physiological changes. Among the main ones are:
- Absence of the menstrual cycle.
- Increase in the size of the uterus.
- Increased vaginal discharge.
However, if the vaginal discharge changes color, odor or appearance and, above all, if there is also itching or burning in the vaginal area, a specialist should be consulted in case it is indicative of infection.
