Once a woman learns that she is pregnant, it would be advisable to make some changes in her daily habits so as not to endanger her health or that of the baby. Therefore, it is recommended to take folic acid to help the formation of the neural tube of the fetus.
Pregnant women should also eat a healthy and balanced diet and avoid eating sausages or unpasteurized dairy products, for example.
Another advice at the beginning of pregnancy is to avoid the use of laxatives. If constipation occurs, the best thing to do is to drink water and exercise daily.
