There are many sperm alterations that can cause male infertility. For example, seminal parameters of concentration, motility, morphology, vitality, etc. that present abnormal values can hinder natural pregnancy.
The only way to identify these alterations is the semen analysis, since infertility does not produce any symptoms in the male.
