Teratozoospermia is a semen disorder characterised by a high percentage of amorphous sperm. In mild teratozoospermia, home remedies can help to improve sperm morphology.
Eating a healthy and balanced diet would help to improve semen parameters. In addition, olive oil reduces LDL cholesterol levels (also known as bad cholesterol) and increases HDL levels.
Another recommendation to improve sperm morphology is to avoid exposure to high temperatures in the testicular area, as this would alter sperm production. Similarly, it is also advisable to avoid toxins such as exposure to poisons and pesticides.
