Testicular cancer does not have an exact cause, but it is true that lifestyle may influence the likelihood of its development. However, there are also risk factors for the development of testicular cancer.
This is the case of men with cryptorchidism, i.e. whose testicles have not descended completely. In addition, a family history of testicular cancer, HIV infections, environmental factors or even race could be risk factors for testicular cancer.
